Deposit  We ask for a deposit of £60 [or $120 dollars/€90 euros] with the balance payable one month prior to the course start date.

To book a course by post  We prefer to take bookings this way if possible. Please send your details to The Mythic Imagination Courses, c/o 1 Southover Cottages, Southover, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 9NQ (or you can print off the application form to be found HERE ) together with your deposit (or full payment if you wish). We accept personal cheques, bank drafts and postal orders. Please make cheques payable to Patrick Harpur. We will post or email you a confirmation of your booking.
Overseas applicants are requested to pay online by credit card or a Paypal account only - we regret no foreign currency cheques please.

To book a course online  You can simply email us your application details and send the payment by credit card or Paypal account.

Follow the steps below:

1. Choose your payment from the drop-down menu on the 'Payment options' box below. You can pay the whole fee at once, or just a deposit - or the balance if you have already paid the deposit.

2. Then click the Pay Now button below and you will be directed to the Paypal website.

3. This will invite you to log in to your Paypal account if you have one. It will also invite you to register with Paypal if you have not got an account, but this is optional - you will also see on lower left section of the same page the route for simply paying direct from your credit card.

4. When you have completed the payment Paypal will email you a receipt number. Please include this when you email us with your contact details and course booking, so that we can tally the payment with the person.

5. Then email us at contact@mythicimagination.info with the following information:

Your name and postal address
Relevant phone numbers, including a mobile if possible
Your preferred email address
The start date of the course you wish to attend
The amount of money you have sent, and the Paypal/Credit card receipt number

That's it! We will email you confirmation of your booking promptly.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations less than three months before the start date of a course incur the loss of the deposit, or the option to re-book for another date and retain the deposit.

Cancellations less than one month prior to the course date - no refund unless we can fill the place at short notice, in which case we will provide you with a refund of the course price, less the deposit.

We reserve the right to change dates due to unforeseen circumstances at our end. However, every effort will be made to avoid this and in such circumstances we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.
