Your destination is
Cattistock, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 0JH
By car:
Cattistock lies to the west of the A37, which runs north to south, between
Yeovil and Dorchester - see map below.
The village is signposted from the A37, at approximately 12 miles south of
Yeovil, and 8 miles north of Dorchester.
Take that turn and descend the hill towards the
valley. At the T-junction at the bottom
turn left into the village.
Follow the main street of the village as it
bears sharply left, and you will see the Fox and Hounds inn on your left.
If you are coming from the west, take the A356 which runs from Crewkerne east towards
Dorchester. Just past the radio masts on the right, take a left hand turn
signposted Wraxall and Cattistock. Follow that road, passing Wraxall Manor
on your right, and at a slanting T-junction bear right. Pass through Lower
Wraxall and follow the road into Cattistock. Follow the main street of the
village as it bears left, and you will see the Fox and Hounds pub on your
left.
